The electromagnetic clutch brake assembly is a combination of a TJ-A electromagnetic clutch and a TJ-B electromagnetic brake. It can be divided into exposed type, hidden type, double electromagnetic clutch group, double/single flange electromagnetic clutch brake group and so on. The internal and external devices of each electromagnetic clutch brake group are slightly different, but they all have the same characteristics: wide application, simple structure, high-frequency operation, safe use and so on. Electromagnetic clutch brake combination Principle:

The clutch rotor ia attached to the input shaft, and the clutch armature and brake use the same shaft which acts as an output shaft. the clutch yoke and brake are set on the frame of the machine, and when the clutch is energized the output shaft is instantly moved away form the clutch. When the brake is energized the output shaft stops turning. This unit is suitable for staring, stopping, high frequency cycles and stationary passive applications.
