Quality guarantee

1.Parts full testing

We carry out 100% quality check for our incoming parts,avoid any unconforming parts from entering into next step.

2.Laser tube testing

Every piece of laser tube and laser power supply are tested with power on-off status for at least 8 hours.

3.Mainboards and power supply testing

Aging testing for the mainboards and laser power supply in an oven at 50 degree centigrade for at least 4 hours.

4.Guide rail and guide supports testing

Adjust the flatness,distortion and straightness of the guide rail and the guide supports.Put the guide rail and the guide supports on marble table,and test with a dial indicator to make sure the tolerance is less than 0.05mm.

5.Transmitting parts testing

Check if the synchronous wheels and bearings are homocentric,turning flexibly,smoothly and the flopping error should be less than 0.02mm

6.Testing by autocollimator

The straightness,flatness and verticality of the guide rail are measured by Model 1401 two-dimensional precise autocollimator.

7.Production process control

Production inspectors’ round quality check in the manufacturing to control installation quality,mainly to check if the mechanical and electrical components,circuit are accordant with drawing requirements or not, and rectificate timely upon identifying problems.

8.Final testing before delivery

Each equipment is tested by cutting samples to check the uprightness and specifications before delivery,erro allowed is ±0.1mm.
