Leader Glass-----Safety Mirror Introduction 

Safety mirror is made of high quality Safety mirror, copper free Safety mirror, or Aluminum mirror and high viscous vinyl film (smooth film- Category I or woven film- Category II). The safety film is applied to the back of the mirror. If the mirror is broken, the vinyl film holds the fragments of glass in place, thus reducing the risk of injury. This makes it the ideal choice for applications anywhere in the home where there is a greater risk of accidental damage, e.g. doors, wardrobes and children's rooms.

1. Reflective rate ≥ 89% 

2. Clear float glass is mirror-grade, produced according to “CE” standards and with “CE” Certificate, PPG Technology. 

3. Silver coating mirror produce according to “ISO9001-2000” standards and with “ISO9001-2000” certificate 

4. Double paint back side by Fenzi paint, thickness ≥76μm. 

5. Coating silver standard: 700g/SQM, Coating copper standard: 200g/SQM 

6. without any visible scratch and any visible bubble within 300mm under light. 

7 Quality text: in 3% Nil for up to 240hours without any color change 

8. Paint: First paint Number No.: AAA-0893-VEL#, Second paint: NSC096-VEL-12#, you can check with Valspar Company. Thickness of protective paint is 36-40μm; thickness of waterproof paint is 36-38μm. We can change the color according to your request; our usual standard color is from RAL Classic. 

9. Lead content of paint ≤ 90ppm
