Maintenance Instruction of Auditorium Chair

1.The maintenance methods are different according to the material of chairs. Leather surface of chairs should be wiped by a soft dry cloth, chemicals like oil, ethyl alcohol or diluents are not allowed to use, otherwise, the shape and the leather surface would be ruined.

2.For general maintenance, only use a soft and clean cloth to wipe the chair. But the best way to clean longtime dirt on chairs is: First, use the neutral detergent(1%~3%) diluted by warm water to wipe the chair surface. Second, use the wrung-out wet cloth to wipe the surface in order to clean the detergent. Last but not the least, use a dry cloth to polish the surface, then use appropriate maintenance agent to wipe the chair at a uniform speed after the surface dried completely.

3.The dirt in the joint gap of the back, armrest and the seat should be cleaned by the vacuum cleaner. But do not use the brush head, in case of breaking the woven wire in the fabric. Avoid using the strongest suction of the vacuum cleaner, because the woven wire may be pulled apart. A small power vacuum cleaner is recommended.

4.Wet cloth, hard objects, and acidic or alkaline chemicals are not allowed to contact the fabric, so as not to affect the quality and lifespan of the fabric. If stained by beverage and juices, paper towel should be used to absorb the water, and use the neutral detergent(1%~3%) diluted by warm water to clean (be careful to prevent the water from permeating into the sponge ). Wipe the seat by a cleaning soft cloth, and then dry it with low temperature.

5.Soft cloth could be used in the maintenance of the metal material, but rough, organic solvent like mineral turpentine oil, degreaser, or wet cloth are not allowed to use, which are reasons caused rusting and scars. Use some cotton silk or percale to wipe the mental surface frequently, in order to maintain the brightness and beautiful.

6.Drinks, chemicals and over-heat objects should not to be placed on the wooden surface, in case that the nature color of the wooden surface is damaged. Leather has a strong absorptive capacity, so antifouling should be taken care of. Leather material should use special cleaning agent instead of strong cleaningagent.
