Warranty period、Pre-sale service and after-sales service:
The warranty period starts from the date of product delivery. During the warranty period, if the equipment are faulty and the fault is not caused by improper storage or use by the buyer, the Buyer can send the equipment back to China (only after remote diagnosis and confirmation of the fault by the seller), and the Seller will repair or replace the equipment free of charge. The transportation costs incurred in this process shall be borne by the party mailing the equipment. After the warranty period, if the equipment fails and needs repair, it can be sent back to China for repair, and the seller only charges the cost of repair.
For the equipment that are not convenient to be repaired by mail, before delivery, the buyer may send technicians to China to receive training on equipment installation and use. After-sales ,the seller can provide door-to-door service.The buyer must agree with the seller before the purchase of door-to-door services related matters
