The thermal conductive tape of XUCHUAN GP-9XXF series adopts the international leading high thermal conductivity filler and our specially designed high insulating silica gel as the base material. After the modification of the filler, it is fully combined with the silica gel substrate, and glass fiber is added to strengthen it.
After cross-linking, it achieves high thermal conductivity, high insulation and low hardness. In order to adapt to the processing environment and process of industrial mass production, the tensile properties and tear strength of this product are better than those of similar products on the market. It will have the best thermal conductivity at pressures from 5 to 100 psi (0.03 to 0.69 MPa).
