Used for delivering locomotives to the nearest place of repair in the case of axle locking or fracture.
For carry convenience, the structure of the truck is modular. The heaviest element (the load-bearing beam) has four carrying handles. For the sake of simplification and acceleration of the assembly of the truck, its structure excludes thread connections.
