Q1. Is your company a manufacture or a tradingcompany?
A: Shanghai Star Industry and Trade Co.,ltd is a professional textile company specialized in Quilt, Bedspread, comforter set,duvet cover, sheet set, and bedding set. We are experienced in both manufacturing and trading.
Q2.Can you provide OEM & ODM orders?
A: Yes. We can do both OEM and ODM according to customer's requirements. and your logo will be customized on the products.
Q3.What is the MOQ of your products?
A: The MOQ depends on your requirements on the products specifications for material, color , size, and trims. For regular products
we could do very small MOQ. Usually printed quilt: 800 sets/pattern. Solid quilt: 200 sets/pattern.
Q4.What’s the payment for your products?
A：Generally, we accept T/T, L/C, D/P payment terms.
Q5.Can you provide samples with my logo?
A: Yes. We can produce customized samples, and return sample charges if order confirmed based on our agreement.
Q6. How about the size?
A: For different country, we accept custom-made bedspread/quilt size.
Q7. Could you help to design the patterns of fabric printing according to my requirements?
A: Definitely yes. We have an excellent and experienced team of designers who can assist or design in dependently according to the requirements of different customers, and protect their exclusive rights.
Q8. Could you provide the high quality photos of my products?
A: Yes .We have established our own studio dedicated to provide with customized product photo. We are outstanding on design and photography service.
Q6. How to control the quality and delivery time?
A：Our factory has passed BSCI audit, and all the quilts/bedspreads/bedding sets we produced meet American and European quality standard. And we have large production capacity, 500 000 sets per month in average, we can provide our clients very fast delivery date, less than 45 days after deposit and design confirmed. For each shipment, we will do middle inspection and final inspection.And our QC workers follow strict rule to do the inspection, and will issue an inspection report to clients. We will make sure that only the good quality goods shipped to clients.
