A: Wipe clean the holder with a soft, damp cloth. And hand wash the ceramic ramekin with soapy warm water and let it air dry.

A: No, it does not come with plates but takes the average lunch/dinner plate.

A: We don't suggest putting any square shape plates on the rack because it does not sit tightly on rack once have accident happened.

A: 30% T/T when placing the order, and the balance T/T against the B/L copy and shipping documents. We also accept B/L at sight.

Q: What is your sample policy?
A: We usually offer the samples for free, but the air freight will be on customer’s expense. Welcome to discuss with us more if there is any products you are interested in.

Q: What is the lead time?
A: Samples: About 10~14 days upon request
