1.Q: Could you please provide free samples?

    A: Yes, we could, but we do not provide the samples of fresh products.

    Buyers pay the freight fee.

    We provide each product with our original package.

2.Q: Which products do we need to cook before eating?

   A: Snow fungus and dried mushrooms are only edible after cooking. Chip products can be eaten directly.

3.Q: How do you maintain the quality of your products?

   A: We strictly control the quality and stability of seed fungi.

   Fungi grows under Full Environmental Control Cultivation.

   We carefully inspect when collecting. The accept rate is 97%.

4.Q: How do you deliver the products?

   A: We usually deliver products, including the fresh products, by sea.

    However, we can deliver our product by air when it is a small order or samples.

    Snow fungus needs to be frozen when delivering.

    Cost of the rest products are all counted by volumetric weight.

5.Q: Why does your snow fungus have longer shelf life?

   A: Our snow fungus is frozen right after collecting and packaging. Its shelf life is about two years long when our snow fungus is preserved at -20°C (=-4°F).
