A small workshop grease trap, for installation in technical rooms of cafes, restaurants and other food industries. In the presence of a special room or basement, the use of such a grease trap instead of the generally accepted grease traps "under the sink" allows you to save the working space of the kitchen (or other industrial premises).
It is made of high-quality Czech polypropylene. The body reinforced with profile pipes (along the perimeter), additional stiffeners along the upper perimeter of the body and the quality of the materials used allows you to give a five-year manufacturer's warranty for all shop grease traps.
The service life of such equipment is more than 25 years. The simplicity of the design excludes any maintenance, except for periodic cleaning of the grease trap.
With the right performance, it is necessary to clean such fat traps no more than once every two months,and when using specialized biological products-no more than once a year.
