What is R-PVB?
R-PVB stands for Recycled Polyvinyl Butyral, we receive the PVB from glass manufacturers that trim off the excess PVB and turn them into pellets. We use pre-consumer recycled PVB pellets along with our foaming technology to make synthetic leather with great textures and hand feel. The products made with this material are eco-friendly and break down through hydrolysis in 15 years.

We have invested in the latest equipment for quality testing: spectrometer, weathering, tearing, tensile, flexing, bonding, abrasion, HF welding, and water pressure.
