Wild Asparagus
Late asparagus, lightly cooked and marinated before being placed under oil.
Description
Spontaneous late asparagus are simply preserved in quality extra virgin olive oil. Thinner, longer and tastier than cultivated asparagus, they can be enjoyed as an antipasto or used to add a delicious flavour to risottos, omelettes or frittatas.
Ingredients & nutrition
Asparagus 66%, extra virgin olive oil 33%, sea salt, vinegar, pepper, chilli, garlic.
Once opened, keep the asparagus covered in oil, refrigerate and eat within two weeks. Store away from heat and light.
