Main Features: 

* We adopt single circle dyeing way, so customers don't need to soak bobbin yam into dyeing liquor. The equipment uses less water to dye.

* There are three storehouses in chassis of carrier. The dyeing liquor is transmitted in turn to per storehouse by water separator. The time to transmit dyeing liquor can be set freely. 

* Because of special water separating system, we can make sure the evenness of dyeing and water distribution. 

* The water separating system is drive by motor. It has stable and reliable functions. 

* The power of pump is 30%-40% of traditional dyeing machine since it provides water to per storehouse every time. 

* Keep original dyeing process * Bath ratio: 1:2.5-3 (polyester bobbin yam); 1:4.2-4.7 (pure cotton bobbin yam) 

* This equipment can be used as traditional dyeing machine when customers put full tank of water.
