The product is HAND MADE, PRECOOKED, BLAST CHILLED AND DEEP-FROZEN.

Founded in 2014 in a land rich of history and traditions,

with the mission of spreading in Italy and abroad the best street food of Puglia.

We only use the finest ingredients of the region and its surroundings.

All our high-quality products are without preservatives, additives or palm oil.

We are a small and dynamic artisan enterprise that still enhances the handmade production with ingredients from local producers.
We are based in Locorotondo, a small village in Puglia, in the south of Italy.

We started our activity in 2014.

There are about 5-10 people in our production site.
