The AGROSMARTglobal project is a European project co-funded by the Interreg Sudoe Programme 2014-2020 within the Priority Axis 2: Promoting the competitiveness and internationalisation of SMEs in Southwest Europe.

The AGROSMARTglobal project "Space for competitiveness, promotion and smart international expansion of agri-food cooperatives in the SUDOE rural area" covers 10 regions of the SUDOE area (Galicia, Castilla-La Mancha, Basque Country and La Rioja - ES, New Aquitaine - FR and Norte, Algarve, Centro,Lisbon and Alentejo - PT) and aims to alleviate the disadvantages of rural areas and promote their development and economic cohesion, through capacity building and the search for more efficient and effective transnational solutions to support agri-food cooperatives in their specific needs to improve competitiveness through the creation and consolidation of networks and support services for internationalisation.
