VARIETIES 90% Tempranillo, 10% Grenache. VINEYARDS All our wines come from own vineyards integrated in the natural locations of Alcanadre and Ausejo villages. Vineyard of shallow soils with thin slimy elements, in slight slopes. WINEMAKING Once the optimum ripening time has been established, the grapes are harvested carefully. Later, the grapes are destemmed and submitted to a cold pre-maceration. Subsequently, the alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature with soft pump-overs that enable extraction of the full range of elegant aromas characteristic of the grapes grown in our area. PRESENTATION Bottle of 75cl, 6 or 12 bottles per case. TASTING NOTES Young with wild airs who walks with firm steps and provides us with a long end and rich aftertaste of red fruit sensations. Full of lively and fresh aromas and above all exciting, that will evoke you to the villages, their people, and festivities. 14-16 grades WINE PAIRING We suggest combining this wine with white meats, cold meat, soft chesses and all kinds of tapas and appetizers.
