The pellet machine adopts a large moduls hard toothed helical gearbox, strengthened spindle, stong power output, equipment stable opration, low failure rate, low production cost. It is the preferred machine model in the biomass indusrty.

There are 7 following highlights for this newly designed YGKJ700C pellet machine:

   1. Motor and main shaft are parallel horizontal installed, by which can reduce the engery loss during power transmission

   2. Gerabox body is iron casted, it has strong, good heat dissipation, low heat disformation, and high steady.

   3. Big gear with 3 drive is applied, increase the power output

   4. Roller is used lockless enclosed roller without necessary to add grease

   5. Material of vertical die is stainless steel, whcih can increase the lifetime of the die to 1000-1200h

   6. Casing of the pelletizing chamber is stainless steel, by which can increase the resistance to corrosion and increase the lifetime

   7. Bearing room is smaller, make the whole structure more compactly and increase the steady of the whole pelleting           machine during running.
