Production Detail
Motor
1.The motor is a stepping motor designed by ourselves. It has sufficient torque at low speed, not easy to get stuck, and is stable at high speed. Its failure rate is further lower than reducer+brushless DC motor which is widely used by other suppliers.
Screw
1.Materail:SUS304 stainless steel screw, more durable.
2.The screw and motor are directly connected by ingenious clamping mode, no connecting component between them, which makes them more stable in cooperation and operation, and there is almost no jamming or idling.
PLC Controller
1.PLC control, touch screen display, and easy to operate and understand.
2.With Ethernet communication function, data can be transmitted, and the amount of material recovered from the doser on the day can be recorded and stored;

Working principle:
* The signal from the control box is transmitted to the motor, and the motor starts operation to drive the screw rod to rotate through the coupling.The batch in the hopper falls into the screw rod, and then is squeezed by the screw rod, and conveyed to the base by the screw rod, so as to achieve the purpose of accurately metering and conveying the batch.
Scope of application:
* Suitable for automatic proportioning and mixing of new materials, secondary materials, batches or additive materials;
* The screw diameters include 12mm, 16mm and 20mm, and there are four models that provide different output of 0.1-50kg/h;
* Suitable for extruder and injection molding machine, and its rotation speed is automatically adjusted with the processing speed of the extruder to maintain a fixed batch ratio.
