Mining Oscillating Feeder is widely used in mineral processing industry, coal industry, build materials industry, chemical industry and other industries. It is fit for feeding small particle materials in ore bin, especially fit for the feeding process of ball mill with belt conveyor. It is able to deliver blocky and granular materials from storage silo to receiving device evenly, regularly and continuously in the production process.
Working Principle of Mining Oscillating Feeder
The machine is installed beneath the discharging opening of ore bin. Minerals fall in the ore feeding box from ore bin. When it works, via coupler, electric motor drive turbine reducer to operate; the pendulum plate of chute begin the reciprocal movement through eccentric wheel on the output shaft of turbine reducer. So, the mineral feeding process is finished. The mineral feeding quantity can be controlled by adjusting eccentric wheel or regulating the revolving speed of motor.

Application
The Mining Oscillating Feeder is suitable for feeding various kinds of mineral ores smaller than 50mm. It is always applied to feed ball mill evenly in mining industry.
