Description

Odor removal systems are designed to remove odors coming from waste water treatment plants or industrial applications.

AAT 's premium design of odor removal systems achieves higher efficiencies. Wet scrubbing process is generally utilized in odor removal. According to threshold limits or characterization of odor, biological scrubbers are also designed. Bio - AAT eliminates the chemical consumption when compared to conventional odor removal systems.

 

Odor removal units can be made of steel, HDPE or PP construction according the installation location of system, gas temperature or any other related design criteria. Odor removing towers can be designed up to capacities of 200,000 Nm3/h.

 

AKTIFPAK WET SCRUBBER

AKTIFPAK wet scrubbers have a chemical process which is based on scrubbing the gas with a pulverized solution in a constant volume. Horizontal or vertical scrubbers can be designed. Plastic or ceramic packing materials are utilized in order to increase the gas-water contact area. Different chemicals are dosed into scrubbing liquid according to the gas content. Chemical dosing ratios are controlled via PH or Redox meters. This automation eliminates extra chemical consumption. System is fully automated and doesn’t need qualified operator.

 

AKTIFPAK BIO FILTER

AKTIFPAK Bio filters have a biological process which is based on decomposition of compounds by means of bacteria. So far bacteria are grown up in bio filters. No chemicals aere used in bio filters.

AKTIFPAK ACTIVATED CARBON / ZEOLITE FILTER

AKTIFPAK AC / Zeolite filters have a physical absorption process. Special type of activated carbon media is utilized.
