Features of steel hopper bottom silos:

   Automatic-flow unloading, save resources and costs, Hopper angles can be 45° and 60°.  

 

   Boda Provides galvanized steel silo with capacity ranging from 5t to 1000t. Could be movable; easily to be installed. Do not need a serious concrete, labor and energy cost

   We manufacture hopper bottom silos from 5t to 1000t capacity in a wide variety of sizes.Hopper bottom silos are discharged automatically with qualified unloading systems.They can store any flowable commodity from grain,feed,seed,wooden pallets,plastic pellets and sawdust. 

   Do not need a serious concrete, labor and energy cost. They are designed and manufactured with different hopper angles. Usually hopper angles can be 45° and 60°,among which 60° conical bottom is usually used to store larger pellet and powder materials with high viscosity.

   If frequent unloading of stored grain is necessary, hopper bottom silos shall be choosen. Hopper angles may vary according to grain type to be stored, silo diameter and usage intention. Hopper structure prevents loss of time and money during the unloading period.

    Economic Hopper Bottom Silos are ideal for low capacity grain storage requirements. These 

types, which provide easier unloading, are manufactured with different diameters from 2,75 m. to 4.584m.maximum capacity of which is 243m³.

   Commercial Hopper Bottom Silos' diameters may vary from 4,584 m. to 11.00 m. and maximum capacity is 1800 m³. Specially designed strong hopper structure bears the silo loads efficiently. All design details are considered for the safe grain storage. High sensitive temperature monitoring system is one of the unavoidable equipments for efficient stocking.

   It is popular with its simple structure,large capacity,various ways of unloading.Easy for maintenance and repair.

    Wide Range of BODA silo Products include different models of flat bottom silos, diameters of which varies from 6.417 m. to 32 m. and capacity up to 22.648 m³. This kind of silos are with larger capacity,which are easily installed and cost less.There are many ways of unloading,such as the fluidized unloading,multi-spot unloading,sweep auger and manual cleaning etc...The concrete conical bottom is also available for discharging.Flat bottom silos are widely used in grain mills,some of them can be used in oil,feed,flour,starch,brewage and port or grain storage industrial lines.
