Product or Factory Sourcing

- Source only ISO-certified factories, according to client information
- Obtain client-specified pricing information, in ten days or less.
- Organize sample product for evaluation and confirmation.
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale.


Order Follow-up

- Verify the purchase order(s).
- Ensure all order details are in compliance with client requests: Features, materials, color, packaging, labels, printing, UPC, etc...
- Pre-production sample verification.
- Production supervision.
- Ensure on-time delivery.

Pre-Shipment Inspection

- Random sampling inspection at final production line.
- In event of failed inspection, coordinate corrections and schedule second inspection.
- Ensure products meet both international quality inspection criteria and client-specified requirements.
- Ensure adequate packaging and exact quantity of products per container.
- Witness loading of containers and record sealing number of each container.

Post-shipment services

- Contact shipping agent for original shipping documentation.
- Advise ETD, ETA, B/L number, container number, etc...all shipping information within three days, once goods have been expedited.
