Cleaning-PM OVP 150 (B) sand catcher
The "Cleaning-PM" series sand catcher for machine cleaning of premises is the first in the line of portable sand catcher of this series. The sand catcher is optimally suited for small floor cleaning machines with a salvo discharge of waste water no more than 40 liters. Small dimensions allow installation in any convenient place.
The newly supplied water displaces an equal volume of previously settled water into the small chamber, for secondary, final settling, before being discharged into the sewer network.
Trash box "Cleaning-PM" series for floor scrubber driers of the largest volume. The maximum allowable salvo discharge is up to 200 liters! Execution B - for scrubber driers with a low drain connection. Sand traps of this type are effective when cleaning large areas, providing simultaneous treatment of significant volumes of water.
It is mainly used in underground parking lots of shopping centers and large stores - in cases where the installation of an industrial sand trap is impractical, due to the impossibility of access for special equipment (sludge pump).
To ensure the simultaneous discharge of large volumes, special bags of increased volume and strength are required (3 pieces per set) Due to the high density and strength of the filter bags, they can be reused, which allows you to minimize the costs of sand trap maintenance.
How do sand catchers works?
To drain the waste water, the operator needs to roll the scrubber drier to the sand catcher, remove the cap from the filler neck, drain the waste water and close the cap - you can continue working!
A flow restrictor with a specially selected perforation ensures smooth discharge of contaminated water into the sewer, to prevent sand and small debris from being carried out of the bags by the flow of incoming water. Each next reset can be done in 4-5 minutes!
As the filling progresses, the bags are removed through the filler neck and new ones are inserted. The rubber clamp can be easily put on the neck, inserted into a special locking groove and firmly fixes the bag, protecting it from "breakdown" during salvo discharge of water into the sand catcher.
High-strength PP bags are used as filter bags, allowing one bag to be used up to 100 times. The bag is cleaned once every few days, thus a set of 3 bags (supplied with the desander) can last for several years. You can always purchase additional bags on your own or by contacting Econet.
All sand catchers of the Cleaning-PM series are equipped with a water seal, which excludes the penetration of unpleasant odors from the sewage system.
The equipment is made of high-quality Czech polypropylene with UV-stabilization - a high-strength, non-corrosive material, inert to aggressive media (it can even withstand the storage of concentrated sulfuric acid at temperatures up to 60 degrees!). The service life of such sand catchers is not limited.
Additionally, sand catchers of the Cleaning-PM series with a salvo discharge of 150 liters or more are reinforced with steel stiffeners around the perimeter, which allow them to withstand high shock loads during operation.
The height of the filler neck of the sand catcher is selected taking into account the height of the drain pipe of scrubber driers with salvo discharge up to 150 liters.
