Monocultivar Collection


This is the latest addition to our business: a full collection of olive oils made from single cultivars.

- Simone grows in the southeast of the province of Bari only, in the territories of the towns of Castellana Grotte and Conversano and is particularly resistant to the fly Bactrocera oleae;

- Peranzana and Picholine are olives of French origin, taken to Puglia in the 18th century;

- Coratina is the maximum expression of the whole olive oil sector in Puglia, highly regarded for its strong antioxidant power.
