Industrial wastewater treatment facilities (NSB-DS system)




This NSB system had been developed as a wastewater treatment system using functional ceramic catalysts under the guidance of Tohoku University of Japan. We have developed a device for deodorizing equipment for sewage treatment plant and oilywater treatment system for wastewater from kitchens of factories, department store,etc.




Currently,the factory and the sewage treatment plant of public in Japan and Korea that is in operation is aimed at deodorization and sludge reduction and Oil decomposition(500 sites).
NSB is ceramic ball which is sintered at high temperature by mixing 18 kinds of metal oxide such as iron, cobalt, titanium, aluminum at a certain ratio.The NSB is classified into 3 types(Black, Brown and White ) and it is filled in the filling tower at a certain ratio according to the waste water to be treated.In order to fully demonstrate the NSB function, it is necessary to add about 5 to 15 mg of sodium hypochlorite solution to the water.
