TRADITIONAL METHOD RISERVA SPARKLING WINE 10 YEARS ON THE LEES
If the wisdom was a sparkling wine, it would be a Lessini Durello “Dosaggio Zero”: the Pas Dosè Classic Method produced with the
grapes of the Lessini Mountains. Its complex flavour remembers dried fruit and acacia’s honey, and also hints of toasted bread and yeast. The great structure tell the long ageing in bottle in the quarries of the winery. In these years the rhythm of the seasons runs incessantly, the wisdom of time increase and the balance of this sparkling wine grow up on acidity and minerality with a long finish.

GIANNITESSARI
Giannitessari is located in Roncà, province of Verona. Headed by Gianni Tessari a well-known name in the wine field of Verona, signing since the Eighties successful wines, acknowledged with international awards. After the experience in the family business, a new challenge for Gianni is born. That of expressing his own stature of winemaker through the confrontation with three terroirs, different and complementary among them: Monti Lessini, Soave and Colli Berici. 55 hectares of vineyards distributed in three DOC (in Roncà for Lessini, Soave and Sarego for the Berici Hills), a modern cellar with about 7,000 meters and 350,000 bottles produced for a total of 16 labels.
Great Soave, expression of the volcanic soil; red wines with great balance, from the Berici Hills calcareous terroir, and the sparkling Lessini Durello characterized by the minerality and fineness of the Monti Lessini.
