Store frozen at or below minus 18 C in undamaged package.
Defrost before consuming: individual slices should be defrosted within 2-3 hours at plus (4+/-2) c, within 40-60 minutes at plus (20-25) c; whole cake after unpacking - for 6-10 hours at plus (4+/-2) c.
Once defrosted store at plus (4+/-2) c, consume within 5 days.
Do not refreeze once defrosted!

FSSC 22000 is fully recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and the European Cooperation for Accreditation (EA). CHEESEBERRY desserts are also Halal certified.
CHEESEBERRY products are manufactured at our own plants on the premises of more than 10 hectares located in Stavropol region.
Production sites include production and filling line facilities, cold storage warehouses with order consolidation and discharge zone. The unique equipment plays an important role in the production process.
Today CHEESEBERRY is a state-of-art factory with modern production lines, own laboratories for microbiological, physicochemical and sensory monitoring of raw materials and products, trading houses and representative offices both domestically and internationally.

In 2017 CHEESEBERRY broke the record and made the largest cheesecake in the world weighed 4,240 kg (9,347.60 lb).
The cake measured 2.8 m (9 ft 2 in) in diameter, and 0.85 m (2 ft 9 in) tall.
