Equipment for processing tires into crumb rubber "ALFA-TIRE RECYCLING 500" - a production line that allows you to process worn-out car tires and rubber waste into crumb rubber. The line productivity is up to 500 kg / hour of finished rubber crumb.

The plant allows to process up to 3500 tonnes of tires per year and produce up to 2000 tons of finished rubber crumb per year.



Developed by our company, the line for the production of rubber crumb ALPHA TIRE RECYCLING - 500 allows processing and freight cars used tires, with textile and metal cord, yielding rubber crumb diameter from 0 to 6 mm.

For your convenience, we have implemented the latest technology recycling tires and MRG in life. The line ATR 500 is designed so that you could work for many years, while getting maximum performance, simplicity and ease of operation.
