Product Description
HVST double shaft shredder is specially designed for tire chips size separation. The shredded chips from prime shredder will drop on the rotary screen, and small chips will fall on the conveying belt, the big chips will be feed in the shredder for shredding and recycling again. The final chips will be around 50~60mm.

Rubber Granule Sze: 1-5 mm
Crush tire blocks(3-5cm) into 1-6mm rubber granules and separate the steel wire and nylon fiber from the rubber granule to get pure finished products. It can produce 1-2mm 2-4mm 4-5mm three different size granules at the same time.

The fine grinder is applied to crush rubber powder or rubber granule into more smaller size and it can reach 120 mesh.
