Riseria Campanini has a storage method that differentiates it from other operators in the sector: the raw material, paddy, is in fact deposited in a system of small silos that allow the rice from each farm to be processed separately. In this way, the homogeneity of the final product in cooking and its traceability is guaranteed.

The processing takes place according to the artisan tradition without chemical treatments and with the most modern controls, in full compliance with the HACCP rules for the production of food, with the guarantee of a genuine, safe product that keeps its organoleptic characteristics intact.
