This special junmai is made from "Shirakaba-Nishiki" produced in Omachi City, Nagano Prefecture, polished to 59% and brewed in the traditional Yamahai method. 100% organically grown rice using the duck farming method is used. It has a fresh aroma like herbs and a sweet aroma like persimmon. The pure flavor and sweetness of organic rice spreads over the tongue, leaving an impressive aftertaste.
