Brown rice for convenient and quick cooking
It is made of brown rice that has been specially processed by our own proprietary manufacturing method * to make cooking it easier. It is characterized by a chewy texture because it is 100% mochi rice. Not only can it be used as a staple rice by using a rice cooker, it can also be boiled and used in grain salad and soup.We are also promoting veganism, which is a sustainable food choice, and making it more accessible.
Enjoy various recipes such as onigiri, bento, curry rice, risotto, and soup rice like Gukbap (국밥).
We also have standards for bulk cooking (1kg, 5kg, 10kg).
【When only cooking the puchitto mochi brown rice (1 kg) by itself 】
①Put 1,400-1,500 ml of water in the rice cooker and pour in 1 bag of the puchitto mochi brown rice.
(Washing and soaking are not required. If soaking,make sure it is less than an hour)
②Switch the rice cooker on to cook and is finished when the cooker finishes cooking.
【When cooking it by mixing it with ordinary white rice】
①Wash the ordinary white rice and let it soak.
②After adding the required amount of water that is required for the white rice, add in about 1.3-1.4 times the weight of the puchitto mochi brown rice into the pot and stir until mixed.
