Slurry Sealer (Micro-Surfacing Paver) is a new generation product developed in accordance with market demand and customer feedback, on the basis of engineering and construction experience. It can be used in process of lower seal coat, micro-surfacing, fiber micro-surfacing construction, mainly to treat the pavement diseases of friction resistance reduction, cracks and rut, etc., and enhance skid resistance and water repellency of pavement, to improve the road surface evenness and riding comfort.

1.What are the advantages of slurry sealing truck?

The slurry sealing truck pours durable asphalt mixture according to the surface texture of the old road surface, which can effectively seal the road surface, isolate the surface cracks from water and air, and prevent further aging of the road surface. The slurry is waterproof, and the pavement repaired with the slurry is slip-resistant and easy for vehicles to drive on. The repair period is short, and slurry sealing trucks are used on busy road sections, parking lots, airport connection roads, etc. After a few hours of disconnection, the repaired road section can be reopened.

2.What is the function of slurry sealing layer?

The function of the permeable layer: In order to make the asphalt surface layer and the non-asphalt material base layer well bonded, emulsified asphalt, coal pitch or liquid asphalt is poured on the base layer to form a thin layer that penetrates into the base layer surface.

The function of the adhesive layer is to completely bond the upper and lower asphalt structural layers or the asphalt structural layer and the structure (or cement concrete pavement) into a whole.

The functions of the sealing layer: firstly, it seals a certain layer to retain water and waterproof; secondly, it serves as a transition and effective connection between the base layer and the asphalt surface layer; thirdly, it reinforces and strengthens the loose areas where the surface of a certain layer of the road is damaged and segregated; Fourth, before the asphalt surface layer is laid, the base layer must be temporarily opened to traffic to prevent water damage to the base layer due to weather or vehicles. The sealing layer can be divided into upper sealing layer and lower sealing layer;
