LW SERIES HORIZONTAL SCREW CENTRIFUGE LW series centrifuge is the main equipment of the drilling fluid solid control system, and is mainly used to maintain the drilling fluid, remove harmful fine particles in the drilling fluid, and improve the drilling fluid performance. In the meantime, it can be used to recycle the barite in weighted drilling liquid, save the drilling cost and reduce the expense of drilling cuttings in the later period. The Company has eight series of centrifuges, including LW250, LW355>, LW430, LW450, LW520, LW550, LW630 and LW650. The centrifuges in various series are divided into two control modes, namely power frequency and variable frequency and the special model of marine drilling platform. The revolving drum speed of power frequency centrifuge is constant, and the revolving speed can be changed by replacement of drive pulley. The PLC programming control is adopted for variable frequency centrifuge, and the stepless speed variation is possible for the revolving speed of revolving drum within the scope of design. The control cabinet can display such parameters as revolving speed, working current and torque. In addition to oil solid control centrifuge, the environment-friendly centrifuge of the Company is also applied in nine industries, including high efficiency sewage concentration and dehydration, vinasse water treatment of alcohol production line, harmless and resource treatment of crude oil and kitchen wastes, pharmaceutical liquid treatment and sludge treatment, involving 10 centrifuges totally.
TECHNICAL ADVANTAGES
Reliable quality
Core part - revolving drum is formed by centrifuge casting process with the texture of duplex stainless steel SAF2205. All spiral pushers are manufactured by stainless steel (American steel No.: 304). The spiral blade is treated by bead welding and block sticking to ensure the resistance of centrifuge to wear and corrosion. All welds are provided with flaw detection check and heat treatment and have documentary evidence or records of passed inspection for trace to the source. It ensures the resistance of revolution solid to wear and corrosion. In the meantime, the revolving drum shields, material distribution boxes, main transmission shields and auxiliary transmission shields are manufactured by stainless steel.
Long service life Three forms, including bead welding, spray welding and block sticking, are adopted for spiral blade, to ensure the resistance of centrifuge to wear and corrosion. The design of tap hole facilitates the replacement of wear-resisting rigid alloy tile. The heavy-duty anticorrosion is applied for other parts. Incoming lines of main and auxiliary motors and stroke switches are protected by stainless steel braided tubes. All parts are suitable for working environment and are damp proof, moisture proof and corrosion proof, which have greatly improved the service life. Reliable operation Equipped with mechanical and electrical double overload protection device to ensure safe operation.
High accuracy class Balance precision of centrifuge> Class 2.5, noise <85 dB, vibration severity<7.1 (load) and <4.5 (no-load), far higher than the standards, so that the operation of centrifuge is smooth and stable, and the service life is prolonged.
Brand effect NSK/SKF bearing imported with original packaging is adopted completely. During operation, the temperature rise of bearing is <35℃. Well-known electrical components from Siemens, Schneider, etc. are adopted for electric control box.
First-rate service The quality vertical or horizontal solution feed pumps designed and produced by the Company are supported. There are respectively a set of tools and standard spare parts necessary during the equipment use and daily maintenance. The specifications are made in Chinese, English and Spanish, with space diagrams and explosive views, and are easy to select, order, operate and maintain.
LW355 SERIES CENTRIFUGE
LW355 centrifuge is a high speed one mainly used in the solid control system to remove fine particles in the drilling fluid with the separating particle size of 2-5 m. As the drilling depth increases, the drilling fluid will be denser. The amount of LW355 high speed centrifuge demanded increases progressively year after year. LW355 is also widely used in the barite recovery system, and the recovery rate of barite may exceed 90%. LW355 series centrifuge has three drive modes, including power frequency (constant speed), VFD variable frequency and FHD hydraulic drive.variable frequency intelligent control.
