EAGLE GA798B-Ⅱ Terry Towel Rapier Loom

Eagle GA798B-Ⅱ Terry Towel Rapier Loom is mainly used to weave all kinds of satin or jacquard satin towels for face, tea, bath and floor etc. at weight 20-1000g/sqm with the material of cotton, wool, bamboo fibre and blended yarns. 

We adopt advanced CNC servo system and realize electronic control servomotor cam looping. Based on convenient and easy digitalized and standardized button operation we can control the pile height by setting the height of each weft. Wavy loop, saw tooth loop, high-low loop, stereoscopic loop etc. all patterns can be woven freely.

In addition, we achieved SYNC variable weft-density weaving, that weft-density is controllable at 5~46 picks/cm. Compare with old mechanical looping, we solve and avoid problems of speed inching and the machine halt resulted high-low loop.

With the weft fixing and automatic stop function, the broken weft will stop on the 2nd weft all times, which reduce spinner’s 70% working capacity.
