Meanwhile the requirement for gypsum block quality becomes more strict,we can produce different specification according to customer requirement.

Working process:

Forming Process

The weighted plaster of paris will be averaged conveyed to the mixing machine by the fast screw conveyor. The water will be conveyed to the mixing machine with the gravity by pneumatic valve. The average gypsum slurry which are mixed after the fast mixing will be put to the forming machine. When the gypsum slurry has certain strength, it uses the hydraulic scraping device to scrap it out of the upper tenon entrance. The formed gypsum block will be taken out by the hydraulic, then it will use the two dimensional space fixture to take it from the forming machine and transport to the drying vehicle.

The Drying Process

According to the customer’s demand, this production line use the natural drying way to remove the water. That is to say the formed gypsum block will be transported to the drying place by electric vehicle or man power vehicle, then use the man power or machines to stack. This choice of the process will be made by the buyer, our company can also provide the detailed program and quotation, but it will not be included in this offer letter.

The Packing of the Final products and Storing Process

The dried gypsum block will be put on the special wooden, each will have 4 mould to save the fee of the tray.

 Electrical System

The buyer will supply the power to the specified position according to the seller’s demand. The power of the control cabinet will be supplied by the distribution cabinet of the workshop or directly provide by the bus line of the LV switch cabinet of the substation. The power supply equipment will be equipped in the suitable position, and can supply the temporary power for the maintenance of the equipment. (It will be provided by the buyer.)
