4. Function of ACP production line

1.1 This equipment is designed for the special extruder continuous extrusion PE panel, through the T-die control core board thickness, after three-roller calander pressure compound with adhesive film. and then through the preheating roller re-heated for aluminum skin, reuse PE core board sweltering , compound PE material with aluminum coil on the 1st and 2nd compound group under the suitable temperature, and then the composite with hot rolling, pure rolling, cooling stereotypes, leveling, trimming ,covering protective film, cutting into a predetermined size sandwich type production line.

1.2 The coater aluminum coil, treated on the single wall on the mobile lower roll machine, with high precision magnetic powder tension control system, can ensure continuous production for tension tightness and stable flat aluminum coil into composite unit compound.

1.3. Composite three-layer plate forming by adjustable air cooled cooling device, ensure panel with stable curve way cooled to room temperature after composite unit, at the same time provide the temperature requirements to cover protective film.

1.4. The cooling panel through leveling and trimming, can make the shear machine automatic clamping panel synchronization to transfer course displacement by scale sensor of the feedback signal, then back off its normal position , can assurance accurate shear panel size.
