THE VINIFICATION

THE TASTING:

Golden dress with green highlights. Discreet nose offering beautiful aromas of white flowers that combine fine and delicate citrus aromas evolving towards notes of ripe fruit. Good attack in the mouth. The flavors developed are fruity (cooked fruits) and nuanced by very nice mineral notes. Nice length in the mouth.

 

ASSOCIATED DISHES

Irreplaceable, it can be enjoyed young (2-3 years) on fish or poultry terrines as well as grilled or poached fish. But also on asparagus, so difficult to tame; not to mention the exotic cuisine, curries and other tandoori dishes. A simply great appetizer, Chablis also balances the soft, subtle texture of sushi.
