Production: We will be according to your cap shape to design the cap slitting machine include the slider,

die heads, holder and sorting bin.

Production capacity(30x20size) 15000-18000caps/hour for 2die heads

                                                           25000-30000pcs/hour for 4die heads

                                                           35000-40000pcs/hour for 6die heads

Business Step

1.Quotation Making	Machine Quotation will be finished in 1 day according to information we get.
2.Cap Samples	Customer should supply us 2000-3000 caps and one or two pieces matched bottles for making and testing the machine.
3.Machine Testing	When machine is finished, we will use cap samples to test machine. And we will send tested caps for reference.
4.Sample Confirmation	If customer is not satisfied with the first samples, we adjust the machine and resend samples to meet customer’s satisfaction.
5.Delivery	Delivey machine by sea or by air, according to customer’s requirement.
