Description

Square mesh net production line and technology

It is mainly used in roadway maintenance, domestic decoration, yard fence, warning fence, etc.

 

Structure features:

(1)Φ90 extruder, the material of barrel and screw is38CrMoAl,FUJI smart temperature control meter, the temperature error is ±1℃.

(2)The die head adopts helical runner invented by ourselves, which could distribute the material uniformly and meet the production requirement of several kinds of HDPE or PP.

(3)45°slant cutter device to cut the product into square mesh net.

(4)It adopts hollow flotage stainless steel sizing cover invented by ourselves. Three cutter slots are designed to satisfy different kinds of material.

(5)The automatic fix length cutter device is set.
