We will guide you to install and debug the machinery when you visit our factory. But according on the

international practice, you need to pay 50 usd per person for one day.

After-Sales Service Contents

1.We will provide the free maintenance from the export date. 1 year for main mechanical parts and 6 months 

for electrical equipments (except wearing parts) 2.We will supply the components and technology. Make sure we can long-term supply the 

relevant components of machines and the maintentance service. But after the free period of service, 

you need to pay some charge according on the actual situation such as travel expense,standard hour plan and the components cost (factory price). 

Our AfterSales Service Commitment:

As soon as we get your machine fault information, our research personel and the maintenance

personel will analyse machine fault and make the solutions.If it need our technicist to go to your factory, we will arrive the destinated place during 24 hours for 

domestic clients and 7 working days for international clients.
