Bulk Quantity Exporter of High Quality French Wine Burgundy Pinot Noir Alcoholic Beverage for Sale
Soil located on the piedmont of the coasts, in limestone medium, nuanced of clay and marl. Stony if not rocky, well drained and where water stagnates little.
GRAPE VARIETY: Pinot Noir
ALCOHOL: 12,5% KEEPING
QUALITIES: 2 to 5 years. Serving at 14 to 16°C.
THE VINIFICATION: 100% destemming; pre-fermentation maceration (4 to 5 days); reassembly and punching; vatting time 8 to 10 days; aged for 9 months in oak barrels aged 2 to 3 years.
THE TASTING: Dress of a light red, clean with pinot noir. Nose with a basket of red and black berries (strawberry, cherry, blackcurrant, blueberry). On the palate, there is a beautiful fruity awakening and an intense structure.
ASSOCIATED DISHES: Red Burgundies have an elegant and fine personality, their structure is fluid and light in the mouth. They are therefore associated with rather delicate and moderately aromatic dishes, such as salad vegetables, meat pies, poultry or a stew. Their delicacy makes them even the ideal partner for fish lovers. Their natural elegance predisposes them to roast veal, even cold taboulé and cooked cheeses.
