1. Introduction

 Application:

    ZF Series is our standard product for longitudinal seam welding. Compact finger clamps ensure clamping steadily and cooling welded seam quickly, thus minimize distortion and over welding, moreover, one-side welding with back formation is achieved.

 Weldable material: stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum alloy, heat resisting alloy, titanium alloy and others.

 Form of workpiece: tubes, flat sheets, cylinders, cones, sinks, tank shells, open ended boxes etc.

Components:

    It's a cantilevered structure, main components include lathe bed, pneumatic finger clamps, guiding beam, mandrel, electric carriage, pneumatic lifter, torch 2-D adjustable device, pneumatic system and electrical control system etc. pneumatic finger clamps and red copper backing bar evenly distribute the stress for workpiece, 2-D adjustable device is used to adjust torch's initial welding position.

Applicable Objects:

    As universal welding equipment, can constitute an automatic welding system with TIG/MIG/MAG/PAW/SAW or other welding source and torch for different welding needs.
