A:Yes, we have an experienced R&D team to provide OEM or ODM services, with 3 designers and 7 engineers.Products include full ranges of body care products from hair tips to feet toes, such as bath bombs, shower gel, hand wash, liquid hand soap, shampoo, skin care cosmetics, face cream, toner, body spray, pillow spray,  hand sanitizer, alcohol wipes etc.

Q2: Can your factory produce according to the samples?

A: Yes we can produce by the samples, fragrance, colors or formulations. But it need longer time to finish the products stability testing report. Better to follow our regular formulations.

Q3: How does your factory do regarding quality control?

A: 1. Skillful workers care every details in handling the producing and packing processes.

     2. Our Quality Control Department is specially responsible for quality checking from all raw material to the finished goods in each process.

Q4: What audit reports & certificates, test reports and does your factory have?

A: Certificate: ISO 22716, GMP 211, SMETA, GSV etc. Related reports: MSDS, COA, Stability testing, EN1500, EN1275, EN1040, USP51, UPS61, USP62, TRA-US, ASTM E2783-11, CPSR (PIF) etc.

Q5: If you can provide free samples?

A: Yes we can provide small free samples, just need freight charges.

Q6: How many designs do you have?

A: We have various designs and styles, such as floating and rotating. mixed color, rainbow color, surprise inside, festival gift sets, promotional styles and many others as you wanted.

Q7: Do you have stock and ready to ship?

A: Yes our RTS products have stock and we can ship soon.

Q8: How can we make payments to you for ordering?

A: Yes we have many choices, T/T by bank, Alipay, Digital currency, western union etc.

Q9: How soon will you feedback after the inquiry?

A: We have enough employees to serve well, usually by minutes, or within 24hours if our rest time.

Q10: How about your MOQ and delivery time?

A:Normally MOQ 5,000pcs. We would like to help for small order qty for business starting. Usually the delivery time could be 12days - 30days.

Q11: Where is your factory, how can I visit there?

A: Our factory is located in Science & Tech industrial park, Yongshi road, Shiwan town, Boluo county, Huizhou city, Guangdong province, China. Welcome to our plant always!

Q12: What money are you trading by? Can you accept the rate be fixed during whole order if not RMB? If L/C accepted?

A: RMB / USD / HKD are available. Yes, the rate can be fixed during whole order by contract. We can accept T/T or L/C payments terms.
