Trommel screens provide a simple efficient and economical solution to upgrade a wide rang of material and optimize the subsequent process steps of recovery. This method of screening helps to reduce operating and investment cost and to increase product quality, while allowing rapid and large volume processing.

Working Principle:
Material feed into the hopper by excavator,high pressure water released and wash the mineral,then,mineral by forward into the drum.It is lifted up by the rotation and aerated as it fall back down.This finer material passes through the screen openings while the large material tumbles towards its eventually exit at the real of the drum.After that,the final mineral and water go through the sluice bow which is consist with gold grass mat.The no use mineral are washed out and the gold are catched by the gold grass mat.

Rotary Scrubber
Rotary scrubber(namely as drum ore scrubber, cylinder stone scrubber or rotary scrubbing machine) is a special washing equipment for cleaning large and difficult-to-wash materials. Rotary scrubber has three functions: scrubbing, cleaning and screening The maximum feed size can reach 230 mm. It mainly carries out preliminary cleaning for raw ore. The equipment has a large processing capacity,which solves the cleaning of raw ore with high impurity content and mud, and creates favorable conditions for subsequent separation operations.

Working Principle:
The rotary scrubber is installed horizontally or inclined 3-6 degree. The material is slurried and scrubbed in the cylinder so that the ore and mud are completely separated. polyurethane liner is installed the cylinder to protect the cylinder from corrosion and abrasion. After full cleaning the ore or stone is discharged through spiral discharge liners.

Jig Machine
Our factory produces both saw-tooth wave jigger and hydraulic radial jigger, different sizes for different process capacity from 1 ton per hour to 300 tons per hour.
Saw-tooth wave jigger is mainly consist of three parts: Main frame, driving set and jigging chamber.The device is suitable for sorting ferrous and nonferrous metals, chemicals, construction and metallurgical aspects of experimental research.

Hydraulic radial jigger has been widely used as roughing separation equipment to select ore such as alluvial gold, tin, diamond, tungsten, manganese and hematite. It is developed from circular jig.composed of two parts: drive and tank. The drive is mechanical hydraulic type, the power is provided by motor through the transmission mechanism let the output shaft of the gear reducer drives the cam rotation, the cam pushes the piston of each master cylinder make periodic reciprocating motion, which converts electrical energy into mechanical energy and then into hydraulic energy. Through hydraulic pipes and all kinds of valves let the moving cylinder drives the cone of jigger up and down fluctuation.
Hydraulic radial jigger adopts electromagnetic speed regulating asynchronous motor to realize the frequency adjustment, it's a step-less adjustment and the adjustable range of jig frequency is 0-90 times per minute.

Working Principle:
Jigs a kind of energy saving gravity equipment development and improved on the basis of traditional jigs according to the the oretic layering law of jig beds. Their jigging pulsation curves take the shape of saw-tooth waveform which gets the ascending water to travel more rapidly than the descending water. The ascending time is short while the descending time is long. The problem that the ascending descending water flow and action time produced by sine wave and pulsation wave are the same is solved. The looseness of bed is strengthened and suction function is alleviated so that the heavy ore grains in the minerals are able to precipitate fully and the sorting ratio ability and recovery rate of equipment are largely improved.

Working Principle:
During operation the lighter material flows upward over the grooves and heavy mineral particles (usually of economic value) become trapped within them.Pressurized water is injected through a series of tangential water inlets along the perimeter of each groove to maintain a fluidized bed of particles in which heavy mineral particles can be efficiently concentrated.

Normally the machines are taken apart before delivery and are packed by suitable packing ways, the packing ways are as below:
