fast wire is a versatile machine, which uses an abrasive wire moving at high-speed to enable it to cut complex 2D shapes from a wide range of rigid and flexible foams. These include flexible and rigid PU, EPS, PE, PVC, EVA, Rock wool and phenol foams.

All the machines are driven by the remarkable D&T Profiler software, which speeds up the design process and enables the operator to obtain the best yield from the foam block.
