Product Overview

Description

Silicone Platinum Vulcanizing Agent

Hardener

Silicon Platinum Curing Agent / Coupling Agent

Vulcanization/ Cross-linking Agent/ Bridging agent

Silicone Catalyst / Platinum Silicone Accelerator / Vulcanization Accelerator

Two components  C-100 A / B

Food grade,Medical grade

C-100A and C-100B belongs to platinum addition type cross linking agent and can be approved by after cured, also characterized by non-toxic, odourless, high transparent and well anti-yellowing.The materials can be cured again if low-molecular -weight is strict by request.

This agent are mainly applied to Food Grade and Medical Grade products, such as nipples, cake mold, silicone cookwares, medical silicone tube and so on, also can be used for extrusion products and mobile phone keypad.

Component:

A: Platinum catalyst                                 B: Organosilicon polymer

C: Silicone cross-linking agent              D: Vulcanization retarders

Physical Properties: (Tested by KE-951U Gel)

Appearance:                               Milk white or semitransparent light yellow

Specific Gravity(23°C)                                             0.9~1.0

Hardness(ShoreA)                                                  49~51

Tensile Strength (Mpa)                                           10~13

Elongation at Break(%)                                          500~530

Cracking Resistance(KN/m)                                     24~27

Compression Set %(100°C/22h)                               ≤5

Notes:

1. Avoid to contact with nitrogen, phosphorus, sulfur and heavy metal materials, they will cause dead materials.

2. The cross linking agent is added by weight to Part B and should be thoroughly mixed into Part A after adding Part B,the order is important. A and B can not be mixed together.

3. The temperature of mixing machine which used for mixing silicone with this agent can not be higher than 45°C.Please add this agent after being cold.

4. Thoroughly vulcanized materials by this agent must be used up within two days.

5. Pleas choose the suitable raw materials for hot air vulcanization, bad raw materials will cause bubbles.
