Brief Introduction:

Structure: 

stainless steel mixing tank composed of mixing tank body, mixing tank cover, agitator, support, transmission device, shaft seal device and so on. It can also be equipped with heating device or cooling device according to technological requirements. Stainless steel mixing tank and mixing tank cover may be flanged sealing connection or welding joint. The mixing tank body and the mixing tank cover can be opened according to the process requirements, such as feeding, discharging, observing, measuring temperature, measuring pressure, steam fractionation, safe emptying and so on. The upper part of the stainless steel mixing tank cover is equipped with a transmission (motor or reducer) which drives the mixer in the mixing tank by the drive shaft. Shaft seal device can be used mechanical seal or packing, labyrinth seal and other forms (according to the needs of users to determine). Agitator can be configured with slurry, anchor, frame, spiral and other forms.

Heating and Cooling Device:

Heating or cooling devices are generally used depending on whether the material is heated or dried or cooled. In the custom range, the temperature should be below 230 ℃, the use pressure is less than 0.1 Mpa. The heating method can be determined according to the production conditions of the unit used. Heating methods include hot oil and other medium cycle and direct electric heating. Heat oil and other medium circulation is the heat conduction oil in the other configuration of heating tank heating to a certain temperature, through the hot oil pump to carry out the transportation cycle; Direct heating is the direct installation of electric heating tubes on the jacket to heat the heat conduction oil to the required temperature (temperature can be adjusted according to the actual situation). Cooling cycle is the use of water inside and outside the jacket circulation, so that the material at a certain temperature without caking or viscosity.

Installation and Commissioning: 

Introduction to installation and commissioning of stainless steel mixing tank equipment.

1. Check whether the equipment has serious damage and deformation in transportation, and check whether the fastener of the equipment is loose or not.

2. The equipment is installed horizontally on a solid basis by means of pre-burying anchor bolts.

3. under the guidance of the professional, carry on the correct installation of the equipment, electrical control device and accessories, and check whether the pipeline is unblocked, whether the installed instrument is correct and whether there is any damage. Before starting the equipment, please check if there are any persons or objects that affect the normal operation of the equipment, so as to avoid danger.

4, after installation, please first run for a few seconds, to determine that there is no electrical short circuit or no abnormal sound before a short trial run.

5. If the mixing tank is equipped with mechanical seal, the proper amount of 10# or sewing machine oil must be injected into the machine seal lubrication slot before the main engine starts up, and the cooling water must be passed into the cooling chamber of the machine seal so that the sealing device can be lubricated and cooled well. The machine seal is not adjusted when it is out of the factory.

6. After installation, the machine seal is adjusted to a better position according to the installation instructions before it can run normally (according to the needs of the users).

6. After the equipment is in normal operation, please check the bearing temperature, running smoothness, sealing, and whether the instrument is normal, confirm the normal before feeding operation.
