Brief introduction of Fangding glass washing machine

 

1.The glass washing machine with horizontal struture is suitable for washing of flat glass with  the thickness from 2mm to 25mm. It combined with glass pass-in, washing,water-absorption,drying and glass passing-out. The glass cleaning machine is easy to operate with good cleaning effect, reliable performance.

2.Through a conveying system, the flat glass on the glass cleaning machine conveying roller will automatically pass through the whole production process, including loading, cleaning, drying and unloading.

3.With the glass conveying speed and the heating temperature could be preset according to requirements, the glass cleaning machine is economic, practical and convenient to operate.

4.Rubber rollers in the washing section are processed by the grinding machine, so even the thin glass will not be broken.

5.All of the rubber rollers of the glass cleaning machine adopt stepless speed regulation.

6.Brushes drive adopts independent electronic chain driving, which drives smoothly and stably with low noise. 

7.The cover of glass cleaning machine is made of 1.2mm thick 201 stainless steel. 

8.The glass washing machine is controlled by electric control cabinet.
